HOW TO COOK PANCAKES

Sunday morning and pancakes! No other combination could ever be better than this. Pancakes are one of the easiest breakfast snacks which you can prepare anytime in just a few minutes. Kids especially love pancakes. It is considered to be one of the most preferred breakfast food in many countries. When we talk about pancakes, we can’t leave out the maple syrup. Maple syrup is the key to increasing the taste of pancakes a thousand times more. Some people also prefer honey and cream as sides for their relishing snacks. If you have a huge party coming over at breakfast, don’t hesitate to welcome them with the aroma of freshly made pancakes and maple syrup. Here is the recipe for making pancakes which are going to make you a lot popular among your family and friends. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS

1.) 2 cups of all-purpose flour

2.) 4 tablespoon melted butter

3.) 4 teaspoon baking powder

4.) 2 eggs

5.) 2 cups of milk

6.) 1 tablespoon salt

7.) 2 tablespoon of white sugar

TIME TO MAKE SOME PANCAKES

STEP 1
– Take out a large size bowl and start mixing the ingredients.
– Add baking powder, flour, sugar, and salt in the empty bowl and mix it all together. (mix it well)
– Now simply make a well in the center of the mixture.
– After making the well fill it up with eggs, melted butter and milk.
– Continue to mix the mixture until it turns smooth.

STEP 2
– Take out a large frying pan or a griddle.
– Before you start cooking oil the frying pan/griddle and allow it to heat gradually.
– Simply scoop or pour the batter ( which we formed earlier) on the frying pan or griddle.
– Keep in mind to not use more than 1/2 cup of batter for each pancake.
– continue to cook until it turns brown on both sides.

TO MAKE DIFFERENT AND DELICIOUS PANCAKES EVERYDAY

1.) CREAM AND STRAWBERRIES PANCAKES
Refrigerate 2 cups of strawberries tossed in 1 cup of melted brown sugar. Keep it stored for at least 1 hour. Now simple garnish the pancakes with strawberry toppings poured over with berry juice/ syrup and sour cream. For more flavor sprinkle brown sugar over it.

2.) DOUBLE BERRY COMPOTE PANCAKES
You must have 1 cup of mixed blackberries and blueberries, 2 cups of maple syrup, and ginger. Just simmer all the things together for at least 15 – 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir another cup of berries. Now simply garnish the pancakes with the tasty mixture and mixed berries before you serve.

3.) MARMALADE BUTTER AND YOGURT PANCAKES
Take out a large size pancake and allow it to heat it up. Melt a complete stick of butter on the hot pan. Pour some salt and orange marmalade over the melting butter. Mix it, until it turns all dark, thick and whisk. Now garnish the pancakes with yogurt and marmalade butter for better look and taste.

4.) CHOCOLATE AND BANANA CRUNCH
Turn on the microwave and allow it to preheat at 400 F temperature for 3 – 5 minutes. Simultaneously make a mixture of chopped chocolate, honey, and cream. Heat the mixture and continue to stir until the mixture turns smooth and slurpy. Simply top the pancakes with chocolate syrup. For more flavor add banana toppings and granola syrup.
