When you think about eating continental food, one of the few dishes that pop right into your mind is lasagne. Drenched in layers of cheese, pasta, and other ingredients, it is a food lover’s dream come true. Speaking from the personal experience, the combination of chicken lasagne with garlic bread is the best one ever.

It’s one of the oldest kinds of pasta and is especially popular in Mexico. But the recipe for the dish varies according to the country it is made in. The stuffing could either be seasonal or traditional according to the maker.

Apart from being a mouthwatering masterpiece, it is also fairly easy to cook. So we bring to you, the easiest recipe of this awesome dish so that you can share it with your loved ones.


1.) 9 lasagna noodles
2.) 2 cups milk
3.) 1/2 cup butter
4.) 1 teaspoon salt
5.) 1 chopped onion
6.) 2 cups chicken broth
7.) 1 cup flour
8.) 1 minced garlic clove
9.) 4 cup shredded mozzarella
10.) 2 grated Parmesan cheese
11.) 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
12.) 1 tablespoon of dry basil
13.) 10 ounces of chopped spinach
14.) 1 teaspoon of dry oregano
15.) cooked chicken meat
16.) 1 teaspoon of black pepper
17.) 3 cups ricotta cheese


1.) Turn on the oven/microwave and allow it to preheat for at least 2 – 3 minutes at a temperature of 350 F.

2.) Boil 8- 10 cups of salty water in a large cooking pot for 3 – 5 minutes. After that just add lasagna noodles in the boiling water and allow it to cook for at least 10 – 15 minutes. Finally, just rinse and drain it with cold water.

3.) Allow 1/2 cup of butter to melt over a mediumly heater saucepan. Then simply cook the minced garlic and chopped onions in the melting butter. Continue to stir it until it turns tender.

4.) Quickly add salt, flour, and simmer. Continue to stir until the things turn a little bubbly. After 10 – 12 minutes add the chicken broth and milk and continue to boil it for 2 – 3 more minutes.

5.) Now it is time to cheese it up. Just add mozzarella and parmesan cheese. After that dress it up with seasonings like oregano, basil, black pepper etc. After 3- 5 minutes remove it from the heat and keep it aside.

6.) Take out a baking dish of 9 x 13 inches for molding. Spread 1/3 of the prepared mixture of sauce on the base of the baking dish. Now layer it with chicken, ricotta, and noodles.

7.) Now layer by layer pours the chicken, stuffing, and sauce. Simply arrange it.

8.) Put 1/3 of the sauce over chicken and noodles placed in the lower layer. Above it pours some mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

9.) Arrange rest of the chicken, sauce, and cheese above it in different layers.

10.) Bake it for 50 – 60 minutes in a preheated oven.

Dress it well.
Now your tasty and creamy white cheese lasagna is ready to serve.
